General terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of HartCon.24 GmbH in their currently valid version apply. We provide the full terms on request or send them with our quote.

Separate Swiss terms apply to Swiss customers. Please contact us for the relevant version at service@hartcon24.com.

Terms of use for HC24 add-ons and services

The German version of these terms is authoritative. In short: our add-ons and services are offered to businesses only, are compatible with the Act! versions currently supported by the vendor (no downgrade rights), and may be discontinued with twelve months’ notice. Subscriptions run for twelve months, are prepaid, renew automatically for another year, and can be cancelled or reduced in text form up to three months before the end of the contract year. Prices may be adjusted once per contract year with notice before the cancellation window. Fees are due on invoicing; in case of default we may suspend services after reminder and notice. Subscriptions do not include services: adaptations, training and support are billed by effort in 15-minute increments at a day rate of €1,250 / CHF 1,920 (8 hours); each request is billed a 15-minute service fee; prices are subject to applicable taxes; different terms are possible via service contracts. You remain the data controller under GDPR, keep regular backups, and report and document defects so they can be reproduced; we fix verified defects within a reasonable period. Liability is limited to the order volume of the affected service except in cases of intent, gross negligence or personal injury.
