System requirements for Act! v27
The official minimum requirements per Act! — sorted by deployment: cloud, desktop and your own web server.
Act! Premium Cloud (also Act! Advantage and Act! CRM Classic)
- Browser: Google Chrome (Windows and Mac), Microsoft Edge v79+, Apple Safari 17.6+ (macOS)
- Computer: 4 GB RAM, 1.8 GHz processor, 1024 × 768 monitor or higher
- Internet: broadband with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload — Desktop Sync needs low latency, satellite internet is not suitable
- Office integration: Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 and 2021 (32- and 64-bit); Exchange and Microsoft 365 for contact and calendar sync
- Mobile: Apple iOS and Google Android
Act! Premium v27 — desktop (Windows)
- Operating system: Windows 11 (64-bit) or Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025
- Hardware: 4 GB RAM, 1.8 GHz processor, 4 GB free disk space
- Database: SQL Server 2022 Express (included) — x64 Intel or AMD processors only, no ARM devices
- Runtime: .NET Framework 4.8
- Office integration: Office 2016, 2019, 2021 (32- and 64-bit); Exchange and Microsoft 365
Act! Premium v27 — web (your own server)
- Server: Windows Server 2016 to 2025 or Windows 11 (64-bit), 4 GB RAM, 4 GB disk space, .NET Framework 4.8
- Database: SQL Server 2022 Express, x64 Intel or AMD processors
- Access: in the browser — Chrome, Edge v79+, Safari 17.6+; mobile via iOS and Android
